Collecting Plastic BagsWe are collecting plastic grocery bags at school from October 1st until November 1st.
Why? Plastic bags clog up recycling processing equipment just like hair clogs up the rollers of vacuum cleaners. 'Recycling Works' in New Jersey campaign is asking that you recycle your plastic bags at your local supermarket's collection program, not in your recycling bin. For the month of October we are making it easy for you, drop off your plastic bags in the front foyer of the school and we will recycle them for you. Thank you for your support!
